I want to help people change who, whether or not they know it, want to change – for the better.
I am inspired by people who take themselves out of their comfort zones, their familiar habits, and decide to be something different. Something more than they were yesterday.
People who enquire of themselves and others. People who are not afraid to ask what it is like to be something else. Who are not afraid to say “I don’t know – now, but I will find out because I want to be better and I want to grow.”
I love to see people change, develop, progress, evolve and then help others to do the same. I love being part of the process or being the catalyst that helps make the change.
I want to build communities and connections between people. Enable them to see the magnificence of themselves through the eyes of others.
This is why I do what I do.

Improv with Adam
An 8 week course in improvised comedy.
Next course:
Details to come...
Find your community…Be yourself
Would you like to create theatre from nothing?
Learn how discovery ‘in the moment’ leads to fascinating characters, interesting scenes and moments of comedy that you would never have been able to plan?
On this course you will practice the art of collaboration in a fun and friendly, safe, playful and supportive environment. Where people are free to play and be themselves. Where collaboration is key and where the ‘mistakes’ are all part of the fun.
Complete beginners are welcome.
You don’t:
-
need any previous training or knowledge
-
need to be an extrovert.
-
have to be clever, fast or funny either!
Because improv comedy is not stand-up comedy.
It’s about working together to spontaneously create group stories, scenes & sketches surrounded by like minded creative individuals who support each other on stage and off, each discovering your own unique comedic voice. Then finally showing your friends and family your new skills in a spectacular showcase.

"I honestly believe that the reason I came so close to gaining a role I really wanted was because of the confidence I'd gained. If in doubt, go for it!"

"Every session boosted my mood by providing stimulating exercises to get the grey matter working in new ways. At the same time you build a rapport with your fellow performers, learn new skills and create fun memories! All of this is delivered with clear, helpful instruction from an enthusiastic and positive teacher. Would highly recommend."
